Target Finds by Color Palette

There’s so much goodness in this post, we hope you’re ready!
Year after year, our Target posts have been your top favorites and now we understand why. They provide a lot of affordable options for all of our palettes, and their basics are a great starting point for those who just received their color results. Starting slow and small is feasible and feels doable because of stores like Target!
Octavia and I stopped by our local Targets last week to check out the new arrivals. There are a lot of options for our lighter palettes! Light Springs and Light Summers, Target is loving your color palettes right now! We saw a lot of your colors, and of course - PEACH! The Pantone Color of the Year for 2024.
For the Soft Summer gals, the rose and mauve shades are popping up here and there, more than we’ve seen before! And lots of coral goodness for the Spring gals.
Cool Summers and Cool Winters, there are a lot of lemon yellow pieces for you to choose from! But just a heads up: Some of the items that we came across in the store look lighter online, but they’re more saturated in person. So I guess this is a good time for us to write a gentle reminder that what appears online might look different in person.
Alright Autumns and Winters, I know this time of year can be a little trickier for you all as they roll out Spring fashion items. Hang in there though, because I have a hunch that some of the brighter shades will be coming out as the weather warms up. I love how brands have branched out with their color offerings over the years, with Target being one of them!
Also, we know that this is a funky time of year to shop for new clothes, especially when it’s rainy and cold outside but stores are already rolling out their shorts and swimsuits. There’s a lot of transition in inventory and honestly, it just feels like we’re in a weird shopping twilight zone. We encourage you to look through your closet, use the Love Your Closet Audio Course as a guide, and make a list of the holes that you have in your wardrobe. That way, it will feel less overwhelming when you go to the store. And you won’t find yourself stepping into Target to buy a sweater, only to come out of Target with a pair of shorts.
Octavia and I tried on a few things from our respective stores, and we were both laughing because the items she found at her store look completely different from what I found in mine. The good thing is, we found a lot more options online! Browse our top picks below!
