I’m here to get you feeling so good in your colors, clothes, and body that you become freer everywhere else.

about CREATED COLORFUL

And color analysis, style inspiration, and best-friend hype are how we get you there.

I want you to stop using clothes to hide and start using them to tell the truth.

The goal isn’t to diagnose you into a rigid palette or give you style rules you’ll anxiously follow forever.

It’s to give you a starting point, so you can trust yourself, play more, and show up fully.

For every shape, size, skin tone,
and season of life

My mission is to help you see yourself the way I see you. Because you’re not beautiful despite your size, age, skin tone, or anything else—you’re beautiful because of them.

For a world full of liberated women
who know their worth.

My vision is a world full of women who speak up, say no, and take up space. Style and color are the tools I’m using to dismantle stale beliefs and remind you how powerful you’ve always been.

HEY GIRL, I’M LINDSEY

Because I know firsthand that one good color can change how you hold yourself.  Maybe even change your life.

In 2020, I was in the throes of postpartum mom life, grabbing yesterday’s sweatpants off the floor and wiping my raccoon eyes. Pouring any energy I had into my kids, I slowly realized I had nothing left for me.

I got to a place where it felt foreign to even think about what I wanted, let alone build my life around the answer. So little by little, I lost myself. I stopped showering. I stopped dancing. And I slowly walked away from all the things that were “frivolous” or weren’t for someone else.

With my clothes, I thought, why make an effort when NO ONE will see me? And there’s a 90% chance I get spit up on today? What I didn’t realize was how much my style was affecting how I saw myself. I didn’t feel beautiful anymore. I didn’t feel like me.

2020 Lindsey.

I wanna give her a hug! And slip her an Adderall. And donate those pants. Even babygirl is like, “Mom, are you good?”

When I say fashion brought me back from the dead, this is the “dead” I’m talking about.

I discovered color theory on a rabbit hole one night, and before I knew it, I was driving to the store to buy a rust colored tee and see if my Warm Autumn hypothesis was right. When I saw myself in that color—how my brown eyes went 3D like a diamond in the light—and my (neglected) skin glowed, I realized I was still here.

What started off as something seemingly superficial snowballed into profound identity breakthroughs.

Why couldn’t I be someone who starts a business?
Why couldn’t I move to New York?

Little decisions built on each other: from getting dressed to investing in jeans that fit my postpartum body. It was like a workshop in self-expression. I finally met myself again. And thought, “Damn, I like her! And she’s got something to say!”

HERE’S THE BIGGEST LESSON
I LEARNED ALONG THE WAY:

Once you decide you can take up space—even if it brushes against someone’s expectations for you—you give yourself room to breathe.

This is how fashion and style can unlock you! They help you find the path back to your intuition, your gut, and dreams you didn’t even know you were allowed to have.

This unlocking is what I want for you, too.

To let fashion grow you in confidence, freedom, and self-expression. And for that growth to encourage you to take up space and step into rooms where you thrive.

I want you to live your own version of my story.

CONSIDER THIS YOUR HEAD’S UP:

Stick around long enough, and you just might find yourself again. And fall back in love with the person you are. And then realign your life around what lights you up.

Don’t say I didn’t warn you!
